Specifications: E-Flyer Art Specifications: For client-formatted e-flyer designs, Ecendant Interactive requests the following specifications:

• Un-flattened art files in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Quark Xpress or high quality (uncompressed) JPEG or GIF files. PDF Files are acceptable. All files must have extension names. MAC files only.
• Flyers should be vertical in design and not to exceed 600 x 600 pixels. - E-flyers that exceed 600 pixels in height may not print on a single page.
• All photography and/or maps within artwork should be a higher-resolution (150-300 dpi).
• Include Mac fonts used in the corporate identity of the client.
• Desired colors (RGB/CMYK equivalents or PMS/Pantone values).
• Subject line for flyer
• Direct Affect & Time to be sent
• Files can be sent via e-mail if less than 2M. FTP uploading information is also available. Please send all email to micki@ecendant.com.

• Clients will be billed a flat rate of $125 for any or all of the following items requested:
  - Ad Resizing
  - Text Changes
  - Editorial Changes
• Clients will be billed at an hourly rate of $125/hr for design, production or copy writing.
• Changes made at our hourly rate will be estimated and approved by the client
• All changes made to original artwork will be provided to client for approval prior to distribution.

Materials received not in the format specified will be either returned to the client for modification or modified by our production team based on the rates outlined above. Additional charges will be approved in advance from the client.
